Every package includes time on our Care Plan. After that, keeping it is your choice: $39 a month or $390 a year (two months free) for hosting, updates, up to 30 minutes of edits each month, and a real person to call. Prefer your own host? Your finished website files are included. If you want us to set it up on another host for you, assisted migration is $197. Domain registration is separate.

Can you move my site off Wix?

Yes. We build your new site and connect your domain. Then keep it on our Care Plan for $39 a month, with hosting, edits, and support included, or move it to a compatible host you prefer.

Who do you work with?

Established small businesses and service providers who have outgrown Wix, Squarespace or a DIY site, and creatives who need a clean, professional first website. Starter is built for you.

Do I need to write anything?

No. You complete a short intake, we prepare the copy, and you approve it before launch.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. We design for phones first because that is where most of your customers will see it, then scale up for tablets and desktops.

What happens after launch?

Your package includes time on our Care Plan. After that, keep it for $39 a month or $390 a year, or take your site files to a compatible host. For ongoing design, content and SEO, the Partner plan keeps us on call.

How does the Care Plan renew, and can I cancel?

Your Care Plan starts after your included month or months and renews automatically at $39 a month, or $390 a year if you choose annual. You can cancel anytime by canceling your subscription or messaging us at support@juststartcreations.com. If you cancel, your website files are yours to take to another host.

Will I receive my website files if I host somewhere else?

Yes. Your completed website files are included with your build. If you would like us to set up your site on your new host and connect your domain, assisted migration is available for $197. Edits after handoff are quoted separately.

Can you work with my existing logo and photos?

Absolutely. We build around what you already have, and can refresh or replace anything that is holding the brand back.
