Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Just Start Creations LLC ("Just Start Creations," "we," "us"), based in North, South Carolina. By using this site or buying our services, you agree to these terms. If your signed proposal, invoice or order says something different, that document controls for your project.

1. Website packages

• What's included. Each package includes the features listed on our pricing section at the time you buy. Anything not listed, such as additional pages, ecommerce, booking systems, paid tools, business email, CRM or automations, is quoted separately unless your package says it is included.
• Your materials. You agree to supply logos, photos, text and other materials that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Revisions. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the agreed website. New pages, new features and major changes in direction are scoped separately.
• Launch. We launch your website after your approval, completed payment, and domain readiness.
• Domains. Domain registration and renewal are separate and are your responsibility unless your package says otherwise.
• Payment and refunds. A 50% deposit starts your project, and the balance is due before launch. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

2. Care Plan (optional, automatically renewing)

• What it includes. Website hosting, updates, up to 30 minutes of small edits each month, and support from a real person.
• Small edits. Quick updates such as changing text, prices, hours, photos or links. Unused minutes do not roll over. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.
• Reminders. For annual plans, we send a reminder by email 30 to 60 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel.
• Price changes. If the Care Plan price changes, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to you.
• If you cancel. Your website files are yours to take to another host, as described below.

3. Your website files

• Your completed website files are included with your build and are delivered after final payment.
• If you choose outside hosting, you can host your site with any compatible provider.
• Assisted migration is optional. If you want us to set up your site on your new host and connect your domain, it is available for $197.
• Edits after handoff are quoted separately.

4. General terms

• Third-party services. Some features rely on third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or policies.
• Use of this website. Do not misuse this site, try to break its security, or copy its content or designs without permission. Sample designs shown on this site illustrate styles and are not client endorsements.
• No guarantees of results. We work hard to build effective websites, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
• Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the 12 months before the claim.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
• Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
• Privacy and refunds. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our Refund Policy explains how refunds work.
